Food is not properly digested, is not absorbed into the walls of the small intestine, but is exposed in the large intestine to pathogenic microbes, which leads to the formation of toxins. The body suffers, overall health leaves much to be desired. Moreover, excessive intake of carbohydrates at night leads to the release of large amounts of insulin, disrupts the redistribution of sugar in the liver and adipose tissue, and the accumulation of fats in the body.




How to prevent overeating at night?
Eat a balanced diet throughout the day about 5 times.
Diversify the diet and monitor the amount of protein, fats, carbohydrates, micro and macro elements.

In what situations can you eat at night
Not everyone needs to restrict themselves tightly in the evening. Several years ago, Israeli scientists conducted a study and discovered the following: People who eat a heavy dinner after 20 hours often lose excess weight faster than those who prefer to eat a heavy breakfast and not eat after 18 hours. It should be noted that those who eat dinner before bed usually skip breakfast and do not eat much during the day. That is, the caloric content of the brunch does not exceed the energy value of the daily diet. Simply put, if you don't have time for breakfast, you can move dinner after a few hours without harming your body.
